The dress features hand pleating at bustline and continues onto the back and around the neckline. This dress has a double layer skirt which comes up on the right hip. The dress perfect for a romantic or exotic there depending on the color of fabric you choose to you. The dress is available with any skirt style or fabric I have available.
Scoop Neck Halter - Front	Back of Dress	Scoop Neck Halter This dress features a scoop neckline that fastens in the back. There are sassy back straps for an added touch. This dress was done with a double layer full skirt in a contrasting color. This dress would be perfect for any upbeat program. The dress pictured was made for a spanish program. This dress was made with a double layer full skirt in the same color. I feel it is important for younger skaters to be in age appropriate dress thus this design.
