About iSkatewear

I always thought about sewing dresses as I sat on those cold benches day after day! Through my love of skating and a need for quality competition skating dresses I decided to follow my dreams and I began...iSkatewear.

I started by designing dresses for my daughter and then got requests from fellow mothers at our rink to design free skate dresses for their daughters. I now sew the dresses and decorate them individually for sale.

Before I started my venture I was a stay at home mom. This is a perfect fit as I can work at home around my daughter's school and skating schedule.

You may be asking why you?... well I have been sewing since age 8 and I have an extensive background in garment design and construction and will personally work with you to deliver the perfect dress for you!

How Do I Get Started?

The best thing for you to do is look at the dresses I have posted and see if you like anything that you see. I can mix and match different dress designs to come up with the perfect unique dress for you.

After we have come up with a dress design that fits your program requirements you need to get measurements. Please look on my "Dress Measurements" page for directions.

The most ideal timeframe in designing the perfect dress is 3-4 weeks. I can mail you fabric swatches and dress designs to choose from. This timeframe allows me to sew and decorate the dress with time left for mailing.

If you would like a completely custom dress from a picture you have it is important to either email or mail me with the picture so I can quote a price to you. I can usually make anything you would like.
